OUR ADVICE

Our diverse range of specialists means that we can integrate all your financial needs in the one place. Our financial planners work with you to provide a personal and strategic direction for your financial future.
We choose to hold our licence through AMP Financial Planning Pty Limited and therefore benefit from the support of one of Australia's largest financial services organisations.
OUR PROCESS

At Provident, we follow a six step process for building successful financial plans tailored to your individual needs.
1 INITIAL ENGAGEMENT

We provide you with information about Provident, including our Financial Services and Credit Guide which details our background, how we work and our advice fees. We will send you forms to be completed and returned prior to your first appointment as well as advise you on what to bring on your first appointment.
2 INFORMATION GATHERING

-
First meeting with your planner
In addition to the financial information that have already provided, your planner will ask you about your goals and objectives, your attitude to risk and what financial success looks like to you.
All this information will be used as the foundation for developing a plan tailored to your needs. Your planner will explain our advice services and process, including our model portfolios, and our service packages.
3 ADVICE FORMULATION & DOCUMENTATION

Your planner will take a comprehensive look at your position, and after extensive research and modelling, will recommend in a written Statement of Advice (SOA) the most suitable strategies, products and services to achieve your goals and objectives.
4 ADVICE PREPARATION & ACCEPTANCE

-
Second meeting with your planner
Your planner will meet with you to present your financial plan (SOA) and explain the strategy, products and services.
5 ADVICE IMPLEMENTATION
