We know that delivering peace of mind to our clients is more than just the insurance policy. We provide ongoing support and advice all the way through our partnership with you. We manage all claims efficiently to minimise any worry and we review your policies each year to ensure that your cover continues to meet your changing needs and lifestyle.

Each consultant has accreditation in a diverse range of domestic and/or commercial insurances. The team is led by a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) who is a Certified Insurance Professional.

OUR AUTHORISATION

Provident Insurance Services chooses to hold its authorisation through Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd.

This structure allows us to provide you with personal service backed by the strength and security that comes with some of the largest insurance providers. Resilium Insurance Broking give us access to a wide range of insurance providers, ensuring that our solutions can be tailored to your unique circumstances.

Our personalised service provides you with a single point of contact with someone who knows and understands your personal situation. At the time of claim we will liaise with your insurance provider on your behalf, managing your claim quickly and efficiently.

ADVICE

Our team of highly experienced Advisors are accredited to provide you with appropriate advice for your insurance needs. Our Advisers’ insurance qualifications include Certified Insurance Professional and/or “Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF)” and includes accreditation in a diverse range of domestic and commercial insurances.

We offer advice on the appropriate insurance covers for your needs, as well as reviewing your existing insurance cover to ensure it is adequate. We will suggest how you could take advantage of premium discounts and arrange the most convenient method to pay your premiums.

We offer an annual review of cover without additional costs. This ensures that your cover continues to meet your changing needs and you won't jeopardise your lifestyle now or in the future.
